Warranty & Repair Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty
The Fine Jewelry Concierge offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in craftsmanship or manufacturing. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.
- Custom pieces, personalized items, and made-to-order jewelry.
Repair Services Beyond Warranty
- After the 1-year warranty period, or for issues not covered by the warranty, we offer repair services at standard rates. Please contact us at customerservice@thefinejewelryconcierge.com for a repair estimate.
- All repair costs, including labor, materials, and return shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Stone Replacement
- Lost or damaged stones are not covered under the warranty. If a stone is lost, we can provide a replacement at current market rates, plus labor and shipping fees.
Warranty & Repair Discretion
- Please note that it is entirely at the discretion of our team to determine whether the damage or repair falls within the scope of our 1-year warranty or qualifies for our repair services.
- All items returned under warranty will be examined by our team of experts, following industry standards, to assess the nature of the issue. We will make our determinations based on this professional evaluation.
- Our goal is to ensure that any covered repairs or services align with the highest standards of craftsmanship.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim or Repair
- To initiate a warranty claim or request a repair, please email customerservice@thefinejewelryconcierge.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
- Repairs typically take 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work required.
