Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our return and cancellation guidelines to ensure a smooth process for all your purchases.

Order Updates
You will receive an email with your order update within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Each piece of jewelry includes a security tag. Returns cannot be accepted if the tag has been removed.
• Items that appear scratched, worn, resized, modified, or altered in any way, including attempted repairs, are not eligible for a refund.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if the item cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Please reach out to customerservice@thefinejewelryconcierge.com to request an insured return shipping label.
• A $25 deduction will be applied to refunds or store credits to cover the insured return shipping label.
• For all orders originally paid with cash, refunds will be issued by check.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and non-refundable.

Gift Returns

• Gifts may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed, as each piece is made-to-order.

Additional Notes

• The Fine Jewelry Concierge reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
• Shipping costs for original and return shipments are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements.
